Ipad Borrowing Agreement

iPads and laptops are only meant to be used in the library and can be borrowed for up to six hours at the end. Please note that lending a device from a library page requires approval of the following conditions: If you borrow an iPad or laptop (“Equipment”) from the Alan Gilbert Learning Commons or the University`s Main Library (“Library”), I understand and agree with the following terms: The borrower must read and sign the iPad & Tablet Loan Program Agreement. The iPad & Tablet Loan Agreement is signed during the checkout. The borrower must submit the iPad and tablet loan program agreement to RCD each time they lend a device. RCD members can borrow an Apple iPad or tablet from the Richmond Centre for Disability to access ZOOM activities and other RCD training. Devices are only available to RCD members. The university may change these terms and conditions at any time. You should check every time you borrow a laptop or iPad, as any changes made are mandatory for you. To borrow a device, simply pass your student card at the ATM.

iPads and tablets can be registered by RCD with a valid membership that read the iPad loan agreement. The borrower must be in good reputation with GGM. The RCD iPad & Tablet Loan Program is supported by the Government of Canada`s Emergency Community Assistance Fund through the Richmond Community Foundation and Autism Speaks Canada.
